Split Local Tours is a company whose main activities are tourism and tour guiding.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Online Booking: All reservations can be made through our official website: https://splitlocaltours.com/.

  • Payment Method: We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only once the payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email from our system.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour start time, or “no-shows,” are not eligible for a refund.

  • Processing: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Split Local Tours reserves the right to modify or change the tour itinerary, timing, or route in the event of extraordinary circumstances.

  • These include, but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, sea conditions (for boat tours), sudden road closures, or safety concerns.

  • In such cases, we will provide an alternative of equal value or, if the tour must be cancelled by us entirely, a full refund.

5. Responsibilities of the Organizer

As your tour agency, we commit to the following:

  • We will do everything necessary to respect and fulfill the arrangements made with our guests.

  • We ensure that our guides are professional, knowledgeable, and licensed (where applicable).

  • We maintain high standards of safety and service quality to ensure an authentic Croatian experience.

6. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, guests are required to:

  • Follow Instructions: Guests must follow all rules and instructions provided by the tour guide at all times.

  • Compliance: In the event that a guest disregards safety instructions, behaves inappropriately, or endangers themselves or others, we reserve the right to exclude them from the tour.

  • Liability: If a guest is excluded for disregarding instructions, Split Local Tours is not responsible for the guest’s well-being, and the guest will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Resolving Complaints

We strive for excellence, but if you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, we want to hear from you.

  • Response Time: We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a formal resolution as quickly as possible in accordance with Croatian consumer protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the court of jurisdiction shall be in Split, Croatia.

2. Rezervacije i plaćanje

  • Online rezervacija: Sve rezervacije mogu se izvršiti putem naše službene web stranice: https://splitlocaltours.com/.

  • Način plaćanja: Prihvaćamo plaćanje putem kreditnih i debitnih kartica (Visa, Mastercard, itd.).

  • Potvrda: Rezervacija se smatra potvrđenom tek nakon što je uplata uspješno obrađena i nakon što primite potvrdu putem e-pošte iz našeg sustava.

3. Otkazivanje i povrat sredstava

Razumijemo da se planovi mogu promijeniti. Naša politika otkazivanja je sljedeća:

  • Puni povrat novca: Ako otkažete rezervaciju najmanje 12 sati prije zakazanog vremena početka ture, imate pravo na puni povrat uplaćenih sredstava.

  • Kasno otkazivanje: Otkazivanja izvršena manje od 12 sati prije početka ture, kao i nedolazak na turu (“no-show”), ne ostvaruju pravo na povrat novca.

  • Obrada povrata: Povrat sredstava bit će izvršen na istu karticu koja je korištena prilikom kupnje.

4. Izmjene plana puta (itinerara)

Split Local Tours zadržava pravo izmjene ili dopune plana puta, satnice ili rute u slučaju izvanrednih okolnosti.

  • To uključuje, ali nije ograničeno na: ekstremne vremenske uvjete, uvjete na moru (za izlete brodom), iznenadna zatvaranja cesta ili sigurnosne razloge.

  • U takvim slučajevima ponudit ćemo alternativu jednake vrijednosti ili, ako moramo u potpunosti otkazati turu, osigurati puni povrat novca.

5. Odgovornosti organizatora

Kao vaša turistička agencija, obvezujemo se na sljedeće:

  • Poduzet ćemo sve potrebne korake kako bismo ispoštovali i proveli dogovore sklopljene s našim gostima.

  • Osigurat ćemo da su naši vodiči profesionalni, stručni i licencirani (gdje je primjenjivo).

  • Održavat ćemo visoke standarde sigurnosti i kvalitete usluge kako bismo osigurali autentično iskustvo u Hrvatskoj.

6. Odgovornosti i ponašanje gostiju

Radi sigurnosti i užitka svih sudionika, od gostiju se zahtijeva sljedeće:

  • Slijediti upute: Gosti se moraju pridržavati svih pravila i uputa turističkog vodiča u svakom trenutku.

  • Usklađenost: U slučaju da gost zanemari sigurnosne upute, ponaša se neprimjereno ili ugrožava sebe ili druge, zadržavamo pravo udaljiti ga s ture.

  • Odgovornost: Ako je gost udaljen s ture zbog nepoštivanja uputa, Split Local Tours ne snosi odgovornost za gosta, a gost nema pravo na povrat novca.

7. Pravila o privatnosti

8. Rješavanje prigovora

Težimo izvrsnosti, ali ako niste zadovoljni bilo kojim dijelom naše usluge, želimo to znati.

9. Nadležni zakon

Ovi Opći uvjeti poslovanja podliježu zakonima Republike Hrvatske. U slučaju spora koji se ne može riješiti mirnim putem, nadležan je sud u Splitu, Hrvatska.
